Our role At Mattecheck & Associates, Inc. we see our role as an advisor to our clients in the design and implementation of the employee benefit plan that best fits their needs. We listen to current and prospective client’s wishes and concerns, thereby establishing core information to request the appropriate plan design from the insurance industry. A timeline is set up for implementing their new group plan as well as an ongoing service model, enabling us to offer specific assistance with their plan into the future. Once the group plan has been established, our role shifts. We offer systems to our client that insure all legislative and industry changes are incorporated into the plan in a proactive manner so that surprise changes are avoided. In addition, appropriate resource tools for accomplishing the above-listed items are consistently available to ease the burden for the group administrators on a day-to-day basis. As a final piece to this service system, we prepare an employee communication tool to assist all covered employees so they can obtain information without disruption to the daily operations of the company. |
